I received an error upon checkout. What went wrong? - Occasionally you will get a timeout from credit/debit card processors like Paypal. In that case, please contact us here and we will send you an invoice via Paypal to help finalize your order. We apologize for this inconvenience.
Do you ship to APO addresses? - Yes we do and will always make arrangements to ensure your package arrives to you.
Do you accept checks & money orders? - Yes. There is a 7 - 10 day hold on your checks. Money order items will ship straight away!

Will you get a certain item back in stock? - Occasionally we restock items but it very rare that we do. When it's sold out more than likely we will not be getting it again on our site.
Can I add to an order already placed? - Of course! As long as we have your order on hand, we can add any additional items you'd like to the order.
